Bob,
Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that every
thing you said about your equipment was true. (as you well
know!) We purchased package number one with the other materials
offered. The first week we had four orders. One for a ball
team (32 shirts). The second order was for a banner for the
local primary school. The third order was for t-shirts for
a relay team (24 shirts). The fourth is for our bible school
at our local church. We have not screened the fourth order
because they are not due till July. Bob, I have said all of
this for two reasons. One is that with a minor investment
we were able to supplement our income in a major way. Second
I wanted is to say THANK YOU for making starting a new business
easy.

P.S. With the above orders we were able to repay ourselves
for all the equipment and supplies we ordered from you. AGAIN
T H A N K Y O U !!!
Bob,
Thank-you so much for your services. Not only are you helpful,
prompt (in returning phone calls) and knowledgeable but your
equipment is great. It really produces quality images and
now I have more orders than I can screen! After I bought the
book you referred to me I began making t-shirts. Even though
I am a full-time college student I still have found time to
make a few hundred shirts this year. In the future I will
definitely be coming back to upgrade!
Sincerely,
Ted Kwartler
PS-
Anyone just starting out should get the artwork professionally
done...it will save a ton of time and is worth the average
of $40 per hour (most of the time it takes less than an hour)!

Dear Bob,
I just
wanted to drop a line to thank you for all your help and efforts
in seeing that all the things that need to come together did!
I was able
to print the 500 shirts and dry them using a combination of
the flash
dryer and the conveyor dryer. After which, I ran them ALL
through the
conveyor dryer one last time to ensure that the ink was cured.
I
delivered the shirts this morning and they loved them. I was
able to
print and dry these 500 shirts in under 4 hours!
I was
printing white on dark colored shirts as well as red shirts
(fears
of ink turning pink!!!) no problem AT ALL! I screened them,
flashed
them, screened them, flashed them, if they needed it screened
them again
and then put them on the conveyor and let them go. The conveyor
dryer
was a life saver!! I highly recommend that ANYONE that buys
one of your
packages, spend a little more and get the conveyor dryer.....they
will
NOT be sorry! The platens were just like they should have
been and by
using the spray adhesive there was no problem with the shirts
"lifting"
off the platen. The "multi-adjusting" printer head
made it "almost too
easy" to make sure that the screen/platen alignment was
right. It is
easy to tell that a lot of thought and effort has gone into
the design
and making of this equipment. I would like to also add that
the ease of
assembly is amazing. To look at it you would think that you
would need
to be an engineer to have success putting this together. NOT
SO. With
your assistance and photos from the internet and video, it
was a snap.
Again,
thanks for helping me be able to do something that I have
wanted
to do for over 15 years. Screen print!!!! I would never have
been able
to do this if I had to buy the equipment from some of the
other sources.
I have checked locally (in Memphis, TN) and on the internet,
your deals
are by far the BEST!! The question of why pay more always
comes to
mind....is their equipment better? Will it last longer? Is
it sturdier?
etc. etc... After having used your EZ-Tech equipment the answer
to ALL
these questions is NO! I have played with some of the "Big
Boys"
equipment (Workhorse) I have seen their dryers and printers
in action
and even got to use them. There is not a nickels worth of
difference
between the two. There is a whole lot of difference in the
pricing. What
are you getting for your money? Customer service, how much
easier can it
be than to call and talk to you on the phone? If you call
the other guys
you will get someone reading from a book or brochure. With
you get a
guy that not only uses the equipment, but designed and made
the
equipment. For my money that in itself is worth a lot.
I can
go on and on...I already have.! If you need a reference or
if you
have someone kind of unsure of having the stuff shipped across
the
country, tell them to give me a call. I will be more than
happy to ease
their minds. I too had second and third thought about ordering
this from
someone in CA. Me in TN and not knowing anything about you.
This could
have easily been a scam job. If anyone is serious
about screen printing, this is the way to go!
Thank
You,
Phillip

Dear Sirs,
In 1988 I purchased my first screen printing equipment from
your
company. Today, what started out as a past time, has developed
into a lucrative business. I am exceptionally pleased with
the
durability of the equipment. It has proven to be a valuable
asset to
me. I also appreciate the kind service you extended by you
to
aid in any problem that I might have had as a beginner.
Sincerely,
Mr. Roberson Los Angeles CA
Dear
Mr. Mongiello,
I would like to thank you for helping me to become self employed
and successful. After seeing your add in the newspaper, checking
out the silk-screening package and meeting you, I decided
it was
time to start my own business. I have just finished my second
year of
using your package and business is wonderful.
The screen printing business is plentiful and your silk-screening
packages are easy and successful
Sincerely,
Mr. Harvey, Wide Open Ent.
Dear
Sirs,
I must take time off to write and thank you, again, for the
excellent
money making opportunity represented by the six color shirt
press and
dryer we purchased from you.
Not knowing the process or procedure for screen printing prior
to buying
the equipment, the manual was an excellent guide on
"How to ...", and the extensive list vendors was
essential to being
competitive. We feel that the machinery and your start up
kit have given
us the opportunity to be successful.
Sincerely,

Dear
Sirs,
This letter is to thank you for your help in starting our
new business
and to let you know we will soon be moving out of our garage
in order to
make room for automatic equipment. We have been approached
by an
international catalog company, who wants to market product
world wide.
This screen printing equipment we purchased from you in 1989
still works
beautifully! thank you so
much for helping us get started.
Sincerely, Linda

Hey Bob,
This is your buddy Daniel down in Puerto Rico. I was just
calling to let you know that
You Are The Man!
We are making a killing (figuratively, that is), with your
Silk Screen Machine. Unfortunately, success breeds problems
- we're running out of supplies! I need to order 2 Buckets
of Emulsion, 3 Buckets of White Ink, 2 buckets of black ink
some Reclaimer and Soy Solvent. How soon can you ship them
and What will it cost. Remember, like last time, we'll have
to send them Via UPS Air. Write me back as soon as possible
and let me know. Also, How much would be two additional Screens?????
p.s.
I've got a 400 Shirt Order due on the January 8th.

Bob,
Hey, I wanted to let you know everything got here fine. We
were very pleased . I will gladly be a reference to anyone
willing to call GA. Chad !
Bob,
I wanted to thank you so much for your assistance. You truly
are a
customer-friendly business. Every time I called or wrote,
you answered all
questions and gave me great suggestions. I want you to know
that I paid for
the equipment in my first two orders! It is truly amazing
the profit
potential that I have for a part time business. Your figures
are very
accurate, I made over $80 per hour and the orders are continuing
to come. I
am able to offer lower prices than other printers since my
overhead is very
low yet still maintain a great profit margin. Your equipment
is well built
and will last for years!

Hey
Bob,
I've had success at printing a shirt. Thanks for your help.
Have a great day.

Hi
Bob,
Things are going well in our new silkscreen printing biz.
Your low cost printing press was the key to us getting started.
We have been able to start slow and learn as we go with little
stress on the wallet. We have already paid for all of our
equipment investments and have only been in biz for 6 mouths.
The effort on our part to sell is easy. People of all kinds
want something printed and the shirts sell themselves. I love
the fact that I'm selling something that people want. If you
just look around you see everyone wearing them. (you notice
more when you print) I found you to be very helpful Bob and
would tell anyone that is thinking of starting this way that
it is a great way to start. I set up in my two car garage
and its taken over. I now buy my shirts by the case and make
a very nice profit. People will pay for what hey want so don't
be afraid to charge. Just make a few call to printers and
ask them what they charge. Keeping in mind that I get most
of my t-shirts for an average of $1.50 each (100% cotton,
good Just wanted to write and say Thanks

Hello
Bob,
I just wanted to thank you for all your advice and silkscreen
sources. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. I have
not even broken the press in yet and I already have had 3
orders ranging from canvas patches for a band, 50 shirts for
a church youth group and 300 shirts for a memorial picnic/softball
tournament not to mention all the inquiries. Thanks Again
Jeff
No Matter if you were slow or not. (and you are not as far
as dealing with me). you are one of the best people to deal
with as far as answering questions or whatever. I have never
done business with someone as nice and accommodating (spelling
might be off). Most people are just only concerned about the
money but I don't see that in you. You are a sincere and true
business man and want your customers to be happy. You are
a very fare man. I am happy with your service and I cant wait
for that hat machine. I have about 4 orders going on right
now. I might be upgrading very soon.
