The following are new tech updates and answers to questions I get from time to time that are not addressed on my video.

RECLAIMING A SCREEN:

On the video I show how to clean a screen up to the point of the remaining small amount of ink left over. The next step is to remove any ink that may be remaining with a solvent.

Use any of the following: mineral spirits, paint thinner, odorless paint thinner, or soy solvent. Soy solvent is included with this package and is biodegradable, odorless and safe on your hands. The price is $25.00 per gallon :) If you put it in a spray bottle though you only need a few sprays. It is very effective. It breaks down oils very quickly. Anyway, take paper towels and rub off all left over ink.

Next you take your degreaser and remove all the left over soy solvent. Any solvent you use will be oily so you must remove all oils from the screen with water and degreaser (hose it off).

Next spray the reclaimer on both sides and let sit for one minute. You should see the emulsion breaking down. Then with a high pressure hose wash out the emulsion.

If you have trouble washing it out then use a pressure washer up to 400 lbs. psi. If you do not have one go to a coin car wash; this will do the trick. Also, when applying the reclaimer, do it in the shade not direct sun light. If it re-dries in the sunlight, it will harden for good and then you can not remove it.

WASHING OUT THE IMAGE

Try this out. Right after you burn the image and remove the glass and the positive, take a spray bottle of water and mist both sides of the screen then wait one minute and do it again. By the time you get to your sink and run water over it the image should fall right out with very clean edges.
