About 2 years ago my husband & I knew absolutely nothing about printing T-shirts. Instead of taking out a second mortgage on our house for equity we invested in you! We wanted to have something that would always be marketable and continue to bring money in on the side to help renovate our home. So, we invested and bought package #1 from you. We were able to pay for that package, the tax, all our ink, squeegees, ink scoops, & some other supplies we needed, even the paper towels! All with the first job of printing 500 T's to a local friend's business. Now, every time we print it's profit, profit, profit. Your "How to do it" video that came w/ the package is so helpful for someone who doesn't have a clue like us at first. We compared the best prices to what local T-shirt printing shops charged, beat their price and still made profit! I have since then quit my job and do this full time. Now, I can be my own boss. My time is my own & if I don't feel like getting up at 7am one morning I don't have to let anyone know!! I can't thank you enough for my freedom from a dead-end job.

I have found your staff especially Mr. Henry and Ms. Joan to be very helpful in helping me get started. I have made a lot of mistakes trying to get a screen burned but the overall process has been very thrilling. I want to say I would recommend anyone to your company to purchase their own machine simply because of the customer service I have received from your staff. I am very thankful for their acts of kindness and patience with me when I have to call several times a day with many questions. I use to have some one do my shirts for me but now I am in the position to do them myself and gain more income for me.
